Our address is contact@bellemain-us.com. We read every letter. A question about a size, a material or whether a piece nests with another gets an answer once one of us has the piece or its drawing to hand.
Anything about an order you have already placed, a delivery date or a return belongs with our retail partner, where the order lives. We cannot see it and cannot change it.
The letter we value most is the one that says a measurement on a page is wrong. Name the page and the number, and we will check the piece.
